My professional background is unique, which translates directly into the methodical approach I bring to the studio. Before building out Richland Studios, I spent years in blue-collar trades as an auto mechanic and metal fabricator. This work instilled the value of precision, efficiency, and honed my troubleshooting and problem solving skills. I then pivoted into the digital world. For a decade I was the creative jack-of-all-trades for a tech startup, where I mastered essential media production skills: videography, web design, graphic design, and voice-over recording. This diverse technical background means I approach your project not just as an engineer, but as a holistic creative director and problem solver.

The creation of this premium home studio space in San Marcos in 2020 was the realization of a lifelong passion for sound. I’ve carried the technical discipline from my past into this space. Here, I apply my detailed eye to master the complex arts of tracking, mixing, and mastering, alongside delivering high end video and podcast production services.
